Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment succeeds. We can refuse or cancel an order (for example, if there's a pricing error or we can't fulfill it), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Made-to-order products

Every item is printed specifically for your order by our fulfillment partner. Because of this, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply — see Returns & Refunds for what we do cover (damaged, misprinted, or wrong items).

Shipping

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and branding on SKETE are our property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a delayed/lost order beyond what's covered by our carrier and fulfillment partner's own processes. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law that can't legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
