Who we are

What we collect

  • Account data — if you sign in, your name and email as provided to our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Order data — name, shipping address, email, and (optionally) phone number, plus what you ordered.
  • Payment data — we never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
  • Usage data — if Google Analytics is active on the site, anonymized/aggregated browsing behavior (pages viewed, general location, device type) via cookies.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the services that make the store work:

  • Stripe — processes your payment.
  • Printful — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner; receives your name, address, and order details in order to print and ship your item.
  • Clerk — manages sign-in, if you create an account.
  • Resend — sends transactional emails (order confirmations).
  • Google Analytics — site usage analytics, when active.

Why we process it

To fulfill the contract when you place an order (we can't ship a package with no address), to run your account if you have one, and — where analytics is active — a legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how it's processed — email [email protected]. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

We use strictly necessary cookies (keeping you signed in, your cart) and, when Google Analytics is active, analytics cookies.
