Can I exchange my order?

We don't offer size or color exchanges once an order is placed, so check the size guide on the product page before you order. See Returns for what we can do if something arrives wrong.

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time for a representative destination, and the exact rate and timeline for your address is calculated at checkout before you pay. See Shipping for more.

Where do you ship to?

Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States. If your country isn't listed, it's not supported at checkout yet.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, and more. Checkout is powered by Stripe, so whatever it offers at the time you pay is available to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Email [email protected] immediately and we'll do what we can.

How do I know what size to get?

Every product page has a size guide (metric and imperial) under the image, with measurements from the garment manufacturer.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll replace it or refund it, free of charge. See Returns for how to report it.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an order confirmation by email right after checkout, and a tracking link once it ships.
